Punjab serial murderer arrested for disparaging remarks about sexuality and body-triggered killings.

Ram Saroop alias Sodhi, a serial killer convicted of murdering eleven men in Punjab, told authorities that severe emotional anguish caused by insulting remarks about his sexuality was the motivating reason for the killings. Ram Saroop, who reportedly targeted males on Punjab roads, told police that he couldn’t accept sexual taunts and innuendos about his sexuality and responded violently to them. His intense inner suffering as a result of people’s reactions to his sexuality drove him to kill 11 men over the course of 18 months.

Sodhi used to masquerade as a woman to entice his victims, according to the station, and he would target guys who insulted him or refused to pay for his sexual services.

The serial murderer allegedly informed police that his final victim, 37-year-old Maninder Singh, insulted his sexuality and made insulting remarks about his body. The victim had offered him a lift on his motorbike. The victim’s body was discovered near Kiratpur Sahib. The cops discovered Sodhi’s muffler, which led to his detention. Sodhi accepted his gay status at the age of 22. However, the rejection and insults he received from some of his victims seems to have had a profound impact on his mind, driving him to perform violent crimes, according to the channel.

He only killed individuals who rejected him or refused to satisfy his demands after sex. He murdered his first victim, Harpreet Singh, when the latter refused to pay the agreed-upon money after sex. When he was apprehended, he was disguised as a lady, looking for possible victims.Sodhi is from the Hoshiarpur district’s Chaura village. His final victim, who used to serve tea and water at Toll Plaza Modra, was murdered on August 18.He strangled his victims and, in other cases, used things such as bricks to do the murder, according to authorities.
