R Madhavan becomes first Indian to own Brixton Cromwell 1200 motorcycle

The Austrian motorcycle company Brixton Motorcycles has officially started its deliveries in India, representing a major milestone. The inaugural Brixton Cromwell 1200 was officially presented to renowned actor R. Madhavan, enhancing the brand’s launch in the Indian market.

Upon receiving his Brixton Cromwell 1200, R. Madhavan conveyed his affection for the motorcycle, pointing out that it felt unique to him from the instant he laid eyes on it. He stressed that it wasn’t merely about the ride, but also about the entire experience, nostalgia, and the impression it created. He lauded the combination of vintage style and contemporary engineering in the bike, describing it as extraordinary.

He said, “As someone who truly appreciates craftsmanship and timeless style, this motorcycle feels like an extension of my personality. I couldn’t be happier to be the first Brixton owner in India, especially with this one-of-a-kind model that features a special paint scheme and my son Vedant’s name inscribed on it. It makes this motorcycle even more personal and meaningful to me.”

Brixton Motorcycles, famous for its exact engineering and retro-themed designs, has formally launched in the Indian market via its collaboration with MotoHaus. MotoHaus, as the exclusive distributor for Brixton, has built a solid presence with dealers in Bangalore, Kolhapur, Goa, Ahmedabad, and Sangli. Additionally, new authorized locations are planned to launch in Jaipur, Mysuru, Kolkata, Pune, and Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, increasing the brand’s accessibility for Indian motorcycling fans.

The Cromwell 1200, a standout model from Brixton, seamlessly merges traditional design with contemporary engineering. The bike features an impressive 83PS engine that produces 108Nm of torque, delivering a seamless and strong riding experience. It features top-notch components like Nissin brakes, Bosch ABS, and an adjustable KYB suspension system, providing excellent safety and handling.

In the professional sphere, R. Madhavan was recently featured in the ZEE5 web series Hisaab Barabar, where he acted alongside Kirti Kulhari, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Rashami Desai. As he looks forward, he is preparing for his upcoming project, the OTT film Test, where he will act with Nayanthara and Siddharth.
