To celebrate the completion of 25 Rafiyana years, Rafi Lovers Circle are staging “The Silver Show.. Tum Bin Jaaon Kahan,” at Satyajit Ray Auditorium, ICCR on Wednesday 16 Aug from 6 pm to 9 pm.
