Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda honor the bride’s heritage by getting married in a Kodava ceremony.

Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna reportedly started a new chapter in their happily ever after this morning at 11:30 a.m. Following more than seven years of secrecy, the famous couple wedded using traditional Telugu Hindu ceremonies at ITC Mementos in Udaipur. The groom’s heritage was honored in this wedding ceremony. The pair reportedly became tearful throughout the ceremony and exchanged garlands, according to rumors. To honor the bride’s heritage, the couple are now getting married in a traditional Kodava ceremony.

Fans and the media anticipated that the newlyweds would exit the wedding location and pose for the photographers after their first ceremony in the morning. Although that did not occur, the actors’ marriage was confirmed when Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s staff gave out candy boxes to the photographers waiting outside. On the Kaju Katli was a photo of National Crush Rashmika. Following the initial ceremony, attendees were treated to a specially prepared lunch that included dishes from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Actor and filmmaker Rahul Ravindran, actor Kalyani Priyadarshan, and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga were among the guests.

Talking about the second wedding ceremony, a source told, “Their second wedding ceremony, which will celebrate Rashmika’s roots, is slated to be held between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. It is only after this that they will meet the paparazzi and pose for them as newlyweds. The pictures from the first ceremony will be posted by Vijay and Rashmika in about an hour’s time.” Post the wedding today, newlyweds Rashmika and Vijay are expected to head back to Hyderabad for a grand reception.

Earlier this month, an invite to the wedding reception went viral online. It read: “I’m writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment in our lives. With the love and blessings of our families, Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small and intimate ceremony.
