Reliance Industries Appoints Anant Ambani as Whole-time Director

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) announced the appointment of Shri Anant M. Ambani as a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, effective May 1, 2025. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on April 26, 2025, following the recommendation of the Human Resources, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee. Anant Ambani, who currently serves as a Non-Executive Director, will take on this new role for a term of five years, subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders.
