According to the findings, over two-thirds of Russian athletes and more than a third of Belarusians have allegedly supported Vladimir Putin’s military actions in Ukraine or have ties to Russian military and intelligence services.
The report, released by the human rights law organization Global Rights Compliance (GRC), points out that despite stringent IOC rules mandating neutrality, several athletes from these countries have been allowed to compete under neutral flags.
