Sean Diddy Combs is being sued by two women who allege sexual assault at the Trump Hotel in the 1990s.

Two women have filed lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs, alleging sexual abuse in the late 1990s. The complaints, filed on February 4 in New York County’s Supreme Court, were made by two women known as Jane Doe. They claim to have worked in the hip-hop business in the 1980s and 1990s and interacted often with Combs.

The first, Jane Doe, claims Combs raped her in many locations, including California. However, the claims in this complaint are based on claimed acts that occurred in New York. One of the alleged attacks occurred during a party at Sean Diddy Combs’ Hamptons residence.

According to the complaint acquired by PEOPLE, she was employed for bottle service, but after drinking, she became disoriented. She claims that Combs’ associates assaulted her while he was present and naked. She further alleges that the event was videotaped, but Combs refused to remove the video.

Another claimed occurrence occurred in New York City during the late 1990s. The first accuser alleges she attended a party at the Limelight nightclub and was barred from leaving by Combs.
