SSB Initiates Pre-Recruitment Training for Tea Garden, Adivasi Youths in Assam collaboration with Aadhunik India Foundation

Udalguri: A 10-day pre-recruitment training program was inaugurated by 37 Bn SSB Commanding Officer Ramavatar Bhalotia at BoP Samrang SSB camp. Hundred and above aspiring youths from tea garden and Adivasi communities participated in the program, initiated by SSB 37Bn in collaboration with Aadhunik India Foundation.
The event was attended by Gaoburah Dukuna Newar, Sports Head of Aadhunik India Foundation Mr. Ispradhan Tanti, and other senior officials. The training program aimed to prepare young aspirants for physical, medical, and written tests, increasing their chances of selection into the SSB.
This initiative is part of the government’s efforts to promote recruitment from tea garden and Adivasi communities, providing them with opportunities for employment and empowerment.
Commanding Officer Ramavatar Bhalotia said that Aadhunik India Foundation initiated this program by writing to the Home Minister of India to provide special initiatives for tea garden and Adivasi youths residing in Assam. He thanked Aadhunik India Foundation for taking this initiative to support Adivasi and Tea Garden youths in joining the SSB.
Gaoburah Dukuna Newar expressed gratitude to Aadhunik India Foundation for organizing this event, ensuring the training will benefit tea garden and Adivasi youths in joining the SSB in the future.
Aadhunik India Foundation Sports Head Mr. Ispradhan Tanti emphasized that this is the first time the foundation has worked for community benefits. He encouraged participants to complete the pre-recruitment training program to increase their chances of selection into the SSB.
The 10-day pre-recruitment program will be held at Orangajuli Tea Garden Football field, providing training for joining the SSB. Similar pre-recruitment training camps have been organized in other parts of the country, such as in Udalguri, where 244 youths participated in a camp conducted by the Indian Army in collaboration with Aadhunik India Foundation.
