Sanjay Sherpuriya-led panel’s election manifesto for Taekwondo Federation of India
The Vision of Taekwondo Federation of India is to Built Youth, Built Taekwondo and Built India.
And the main Mission is firstly to win Medals in summer Olympic games 2024- Paris and 2028 – Los Angeles.
And secondly To inspire people of all ages and background to achieve greatness in their lives through self-belief, ability and physical fitness and to make it more popular through reaching out to public at large.
The Values are Inclusiveness, Leadership, Respect, Tolerance, Excellence, Integrity, Transparency, Ownership and Unity

The Manifesto of the federation is as follows
- Our Main Goal: Medal in Olympic Games 2024 & 2028 through a short term and long term plan.
- A long duration coaching camp under foreign good coaches for preparation for Olympic Games and other International Championships.
- Players selected by Foreign Coach will be sent for Abroad Coaching Camp for Olympic Games.
- To get Recognition from IOA, World Taekwondo and MYAS, Govt. of India
- To get the support of MYAS through its schemes extended to our all eligible players.
- To raise the level and standard of our events/Championships.
- To introduce Taekwondo Premier League at big platform
- To start Taekwondo education program including PhD in our country to provide opportunity to our senior Taekwondo exponents to get PhD degree so that we can produce more and more PhD holders.
- Every coach will be trained by foreign coach to upgrade coach’s training skills.
- Every International medal winner player will be rewarded with cash to support them.
- Every deserving coach will get recognition and will be rewarded with Cash Award along with the International medal winner player.
- Quality and skills of Referees will be improved through seminars.
- To conduct International level Events including International Referee Seminars; International Coaches Seminars and International Ranking Championship, etc.
- To create one Indoor Stadium of International Standard for TFi with inbuilt Boys & Girls Hostel within 2 years for its regular activities like camp, Seminars, Championship.
- Electronic Equipment will be provided to all State Associations within six months
- All State Association will be supported by financial aid.
- To make TFI financially sustainable.
- Financial support will be given through engaging MNCS.
- To introduce Sports Science at grass root level.
- To introduce TFI app for players and all concerned to get all information and knowledge.
- To provide more career opportunities to players and coaches.
