The BCCI Is Seriously Considering Naming A New Coach For The Indian T20 Team

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally decided to name brand-new management for the T20. The Indian cricket board wants to work on the T20 setup in the background given India’s focus on ODIs and Tests with the World Test Championship Final and the ODI World Cup approaching.

While Rahul Dravid’s replacement, Hardik Pandya, is being hailed for taking over as captain from Rohit Sharma, the BCCI has yet to settle on a candidate. However, a managerial change is unavoidable and will most likely occur before India’s series against Sri Lanka in January.

When India fell to England in the T20 World Cup semifinal by 10 wickets, there were a lot of backlashes. Cricket experts recommended a management change as Rohit Sharma’s dismissal became a popular demand. Harbhajan Singh and Ravi Shastri, for example, batted in favor of a new system with new faces in the team’s camp.

According to BCCI plans, some of the older members will be phased out. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are just a couple. Mohammad Shami, R. Ashwin, and Dinesh Karthik will also be absent from later T20 matches.
