Multiple X users have indicated these problems. Down Detector, a service that monitors internet outages for various websites, indicated a significant surge in reports originating from India. The main portion of the outage continued for roughly an hour, but regular service appears to have returned for numerous users since then.
X, typically the site where users report outages, is experiencing issues itself, leading many to turn to other platforms to express their frustrations about X. Since its acquisition by billionaire Elon Musk and subsequent rebranding, X has not encountered numerous outages. The company has not yet responded to the outage.
