At least two persons are killed in Russian strikes on Kyiv, Ukraine.

Following a visit by two US envoys that resulted in no real progress toward ending the more than four-year conflict, Russia launched an attack on Kyiv after a three-day halt in attacks on the Russian and Ukrainian capitals ended.
