Skål International Kolkata celebrated World Tourism Day with an engaging evening of networking, knowledge sharing and industry dialogue at The Park, Kolkata, bringing together Skålleagues and leading professionals from the tourism and hospitality fraternity.
The highlight was an insightful panel discussion on “Digital Agenda and AI to Redesign Tourism”, exploring how Artificial Intelligence and technology are transforming destination marketing, travel planning, hospitality, aviation, visa facilitation and the overall traveller experience.
The distinguished panel, brought together diverse perspectives from across the tourism ecosystem. The discussions also highlighted the importance of responsible technology adoption while preserving the human connection, authenticity and warmth at the heart of tourism.
