In this phase, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Shashi Tharoor, along with actor-turned-politician Arun Govil, step into the electoral arena, while BJP stalwarts such as Hema Malini, Om Birla, and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat aim for a triumphant return to office.
