Students of Acharya Tulsi Academy Orchids The International School organizes  ‘Let’s Teach’ program on National Education Day

 The students of Acharya Tulsi AcademyOrchids The International School, Newtown, organized a ‘Let’s Teach’ program on the occasion of National Education Day today. Students from various grades at OIS became teachers for a day, teaching the children from Prayajan NGO. They celebrated the day together, imparting and sharing knowledge. Subjects like English (three-lettered words), Maths (simple additions) and Public Speaking (self-introduction) were taught to the kids of Prayajan NGO, who listened and learnt with keen enthusiasm.

The objective of the Let’s Teach program was to inculcate the importance and power of education among children. The students also gifted books and stationery items to all children from the NGO as a token of love, warmth and friendship.

Ms. Sharmili Shah, Principal at Acharya Tulsi Academy, Orchids The International School, Newtown said, “Education is the most powerful weapon that can change the world, and it is imperative that our future generation know the need and significance of education.
