Art Exhibition  on Life of Sri Ram by international  artists opens with unique cultural show in Indian Museum Kolkata

Indian Museum, Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre (EZCC),  Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS)  ,premier institutions of Ministry of Culture , Government of India opened an Art Exhibition on Life of Sri Ram titled ” Ram Chitrakatha ” in Kolkata on 21st January 2024 . The art exhibition is being organised in collaboration with premier national art & culture organisation Sanskar Bharati , which is promoting Sanatan tradition, civilization and culture. Sanskar Bharati ‘s objective is  to propagate India’s eternal traditional culture and its  development in the society . 

The art exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Sanjeev Kishore Gautam , Director General of National Gallery of Modern Art , New Delhi in presence of renowned cultural personalities. Digital prints of paintings are on display at the exhibition.

Indian Museum in collaboration with Sanskar Bharati organised a program of dance , drama ,bhajan ,live art installation , titled ” Namami Raghuviram ” on 21st January to celebrate joyous auspicious occasion of Pran Pratishtha of Sri Ram at Ram Janmbhumi Mandir at Ayodhya on 22nd January 2024.

Smt .Nilanjana Roy of Sanskar Bharati highlighted  omnipresence influence of  role of Sri Ram in every sphere of Indian life. 

Dr. Sanjeev Kishore Gautam announced  a mega Art Exhibition on Sri Ram will be organised by NGMA  in New Delhi in mid February 2024 .

Dr. Sayan Bhattacharya Education Officer of Indian Museum mentioned about influence of Sri Ram in human development.

Dr. Sarup Prasad Ghosh Director MAKAIAS highlighted influence of Sri Ram in socio-cultural-economic civilizational development in many nations and regions across Asia  for over  thousands of years. 

The program was attended by all sections of the society to share the spirit of joy and solidarity on the occasion of Pran Pratishtha of Sri Ram. 

The auspicious occasion of Pran Pratishtha symbolises the victory of good over evil. It is an occasion to celebrate restoration of  dignity and  pride of  indigenous people of India and followers of Sanatan Hindu Dharma. 

Internationally acclaimed Odisi dance exponent Guru Monalisa Ghosh presented mesmerizing  dance drama on Life of Sri Ram which received standing ovation from the audience.
