Drama Unfolds in Sony AATH’s ‘Raandhuni Na Kaanduni’ as Celebrity Contestants Clash

Kolkata, 04th November 2026: The kitchen of Sony AATH’s Raandhuni Na Kaanduni is seeing plenty of action, and it’s not just about cooking. From heated arguments and emotional breakdowns to pranks and unexpected walkouts, the celebrity contestants are dealing with their fair share of drama as the competition heats up. Tensions rise between Ushashi and Sushmit over Soumitrisha’s behaviour, leading to Ushashi walking out. Rupanjana breaks down after her mystery-bag dish goes wrong, while Shyamoupti struggles with a fish-preparation task. Priyam, Iman and Ankush step in to offer support during these emotional moments.
The fun takes a turn as Prerana’s playful imitations give way to more drama in the kitchen. Her attempts with Saurav to distract fellow contestants and steal ingredients land them in Ankush’s makeshift ‘jail’. In another clash, Soumitrisha and Prerana get into an argument after Soumitrisha refers to Prerana as an influencer and content creator. Accusations of ingredient theft and a disagreement over following a recipe on a phone add to the chaos.
Speaking about her experience, Ushashi said, “The experience has been a real mix of emotions. While we share plenty of fun moments, the competition can also get intense, and sometimes misunderstandings arise. It has been an unpredictable journey, with plenty of drama, laughter and learning along the way.”
Prerana added, “I always enjoy bringing some fun and energy to the kitchen, whether it is through teasing my fellow contestants or getting involved in the action. The best part is that every episode brings a new situation, and you never know what the next moment has in store for you.”
Soumitrisha said, “I am a complete zero when it comes to cooking, but thanks to Raandhuni Na Kaanduni, I have at least learned how to light the gas! On this show, I am doing everything – dancing, acting, fighting and enjoying the drama! Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like a competition; it feels like one big joint family. And I have proudly become the ‘sobar ghorer sotin’ of this family!”
With music, dance and moments of camaraderie balancing the clashes, the competition continues to get tougher as scores become crucial and elimination draws closer.
Catch Raandhuni Na Kaanduni, Monday to Friday at 8:00 PM on Sony AATH and Sony LIV.
