Putin Supporter Prigozhin Admits To Interfering In US Elections, Saying “We Interfered And We Will Interfere”

Yevgeny Prigozhin, a supporter of Russian President Vladimir Putin, acknowledged meddling in the US election on November 7 and vowed to keep doing so, according to the Guardian.
The businessman from Russia made this statement on the eve of the US midterm elections, in which Republicans will aim to seize control of Congress and state-level positions nationwide.
The 61-year-old Russian businessman responded to a recent Bloomberg story alleging that Russia meddled in the US midterm elections by saying, “Gentlemen, we interfered, we are interfering, and we will interfere. Carefully, precisely, surgically, and the way we do it, the way we can.”
His catering business, Concord, published the statement online.
The White House was unsurprised by Prigozhin’s words, according to Karine Jean-Pierre, a spokesperson for US President Joe Biden.
Yevgeny Prigozhin had already been charged with interfering with international elections.
The results of the midterm elections will determine the legislative priorities for US President Joe Biden’s term and could re-elect Donald Trump.
According to Graphika, a US social media analysis company, Democratic candidates have been attacked on far-right media platforms in a number of states leading up to the US midterm elections, including New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
