Youth Forum for Social Service Celebrated Teachers’ Day with Felicitation and Kavi Sammelan

A Kavi Sammelan and Teachers’ Felicitation Programme, organised by the Youth Forum for Social Service, was held at 6:00 PM at the office of social worker Anis Rehman, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. The evening was dedicated to honouring teachers and their valuable role in shaping society.

The programme was organised under the guidance and efforts of S.A. Khan, Secretary of the Youth Forum for Social Service, and A.D. Barman, Chief Advisor of the organisation. Kamal Ahmed hosted the event. MD Saif Alam, Teacher-in-Charge of Azizah High School, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The Guests of Honour included Syed Muhammad Ahmed, District President of the All India Human Rights Council, Paschim Medinipur District; M.A. Salam, social worker; Asim Nath; D. Madhvi, President of Aastha Mahila Samity; Manik Mondal, social worker; Arif Rehman, social worker; Anis Rehman, social worker; Chandra Biswas, social worker; Taposi Nandi, Secretary of Aastha Mahila Samity; and Deep Rao, Member of Aastha Mahila Samity.

As part of the celebration, dedicated teachers were felicitated in recognition of their hard work, commitment and valuable contribution to education. The honoured teachers included MD Saif Alam, S.K. Abdullah, S.K. Ansar and Tarak Dubey.

The Kavi Sammelan added a special cultural charm to the evening. Poets Nilam Agarwal, Bijay Kant Singh, Umesh Prasad Sahoo and C.S. Tiwari presented their poems and compositions, creating an atmosphere filled with literature, emotions and artistic expression.

At the conclusion of the programme, the organisers extended heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was present and contributed through their presence, support and cooperation towards making the event a grand success. Special appreciation went to S.A. Khan, Secretary of the Youth Forum for Social Service, and A.D. Barman, Chief Advisor, whose dedication, guidance and efforts played a major role in making the programme successful.
