Celebrating 122 birth Anniversary of Sarala Devi The first Women Freedom fighter of Odisha and the Celebration of August Kranti Divas, By Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture, Government of Odisha in Collaboration with Sarala Devi Memorial Trust and Jagatsinghpur Vikash Parishad.The Event Celebrated at The Bhanjakala Mandap, Bhubaneswar on 9th August 2025 3rd Sarala Devi Memorial Honorium! Honouring centenarian, social activist, Gandhian & columnist Shri Padma Charan Nayak for his lifelong dedication to society, on the Birth Anniversary, 9th August at Bhanjakala Mandap, Bhubaneswar.

Inaugurated by Shri D. Dinesh Sarangi, Ex-Health Minister, eminent doctor & social activist. Graced by Chief Guests Shri Soumya Ranjan Patnaik (Former MP, Founder – Sambad) & Shri Debaprasad Dash (Special Secretary, Dept. of Language, Literature & Culture, Govt. of Odisha).
