The upcoming feature film Fateh, directed by actor Sonu Sood, would mark his writing debut, according to the actor. Abhinandan Gupta, who previously served as an associate director on movies like Bajirao Mastani and Shamshera, is in charge of directing the action-thriller.
Fateh, which is based on true events, will include fast-paced action scenes and Sood in a brand-new persona. The actor claimed that he spent the last one and a half years working on the script and that the movie discusses the crucial topic of online fraud.
“We’ve been working on it for a year and a half. Personally, I have put a lot of effort into script and screenplay work and have done so on numerous occasions. But I’ll finally claim credit for it,” the 49-year-old actor said to PTI outside of a brand association event. Sood claimed that in order to tell an honest tale for Fateh, he has been talking with ethical hackers.
Zee Studios and Sood’s production company, Shakti Sagar Productions, are supporting the film.
The actor added that Fateh will begin production in December and be finished by July or August of 2023.
