The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) has appointed Mr. A. Tovi Chophi as the Chair of its North East Region, effective October 28, 2025, during an official announcement held in New Delhi. The appointment marks a major step toward strengthening industrial collaboration and regional development across the eight northeastern states.
A visionary leader and dynamic entrepreneur, Mr. Chophi brings extensive experience across multiple sectors including power, construction, and agriculture, both within the North East and across India. He is the Director and Founder of All In One, a diversified enterprise engaged in infrastructure development, renewable energy, and agribusiness. Under his leadership, the company has played a key role in driving sustainable economic growth and employment generation in the region.
As Chair of the North East Region, Mr. Chophi aims to expand PHDCCI’s presence and outreach in the North East, fostering stronger collaboration among local industries, entrepreneurs, and national as well as international stakeholders. His strategic focus will include enhancing industrial connectivity, promoting investments, and advocating progressive policies to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth across the region.
