Free Eye, Health, and Dental Check-up Camp Organized at Jholi Shiv Mandir, In Kharagpur byJholi Ekta Boys Club

Kharagpur: A free eye, health, and dental check-up camp was successfully organized by Jholi Ekta Boys Club in partnership with Mishka Foundation and St. Joseph’s Hospital Midnapore. The event took place at Jholi Shiv Mandir, near the TV Tower in Kharagpur, aiming to provide medical assistance to the poor and needy peoples.
The camp saw participation from around 170 residents of the area who availed themselves of the various health services. Doctors from different specialties contributed their time and expertise, including Dr. Monalisha Das (Dental), Dr. Rehman (Eye Specialist), and Dr. Saddam Mullah (General Physician).
Special guests at the event included the IC of Kharagpur Town Police Station and the Women’s IC of Kharagpur Town, who appreciated the efforts made for community welfare.
The chief guests were BJP District President Soumitra Kumar Mondol, BJP Mandal President Srinath, and BJP Mandal Wise President Atish Kumar Shankar. These dignitaries were felicitated by the Jholi Ekta Boys Club in recognition of their support and encouragement.
Speaking about the camp, Jholi Ekta Boys Club President Sumit Kumar stated, “Our mission is to reach out to those who cannot easily access quality healthcare. This camp is a small step towards creating a healthier community, where everyone, regardless of their financial condition, gets the care they deserve. We are committed to continuing our efforts in serving to the poor and needy people and in the upcoming days we will organize more and more free camps.
Bhawan Prakash Khatik, owner of Mishka Foundation, played a key role in facilitating the camp. Atish kumar Shankar gave his full support to Jholi Ekta Boys Club. President Sumit Kumar along with Tarun, Sajesh , Rinesh, Divek, Ranbir, Avinesh, and Madhusudhan with all team members. Ronit, Kushal, and Harsh were Junior team members gave full support to the camp.
This health initiative reflects the strong commitment of local organizations and volunteers in improving community health and supporting underprivileged groups in Kharagpur.
