Actor Harshvardhan Rane is undergoing rigorous physical training in a remote location as part of preparations for his role in the upcoming action film Force 3. The actor recently shared glimpses of his demanding workout sessions on social media, giving fans a look at the extensive effort behind his transformation for the film.
Rane posted videos of himself performing intense strength and endurance exercises, including resistance training, heavy lifting and upper-body workouts focused on building muscle mass and stamina. According to the actor, he chose to train away from Mumbai to avoid spending several hours commuting every day while balancing shooting schedules and fitness preparation.
The actor said he requested his trainer to conduct sessions “in the middle of nowhere” so he could continue training consistently while filming action scenes. His social media updates quickly attracted attention, with fans praising his discipline and commitment to preparing for the physically demanding role.
Adding an unusual touch to his fitness post, Rane also referenced Sir Isaac Newton’s Second Law of Motion while describing his training process. Using the formula “Force equals mass multiplied by acceleration,” the actor hinted at the high-intensity physical preparation required for the film’s action sequences.
Reports suggest Rane has undergone a significant body transformation for the project. Earlier updates indicated that the actor increased his body weight considerably to achieve the muscular physique needed for the role. Industry observers say the transformation reflects the growing emphasis on realistic action performances and physical authenticity in modern Indian action cinema.
Force 3 is the latest installment in the popular Force action franchise, which began with the 2011 film starring John Abraham and later continued with a sequel in 2016. The new film is directed by Bhav Dhulia and also features Tanya Maniktala in a key role. Rane recently participated in the film’s muhurat ceremony and expressed gratitude for joining the franchise. The actor also acknowledged John Abraham’s contribution to establishing the Force series as one of Bollywood’s major action franchises. The film is currently under production and is expected to release in theatres next year.
