Security Tightened for Vikram Sau After Death Threats from Pakistan and Bangladesh

Jhargram, West Bengal : Following alarming death threats reportedly originating from Pakistan and Bangladesh, the administration has intensified security measures for Vikram Sau, the renowned Jhalmuri from West Bengal, The Vendor who recently gained widespread recognition after serving Jhalmuri to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In response to the threatening phone calls highlighted in the media, authorities acted swiftly by deploying central paramilitary forces to safeguard Vikram Sau. Presently, his security detail includes three personnel from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), four civic volunteers, and two plainclothes constables from the state police.
To bolster surveillance, CCTV cameras are being installed around his stall and its vicinity, ensuring continuous monitoring throughout the day and night. Vikram Sau has been placed under special administrative protection, with security teams maintaining vigilant observation of his movements to deter any untoward incidents.
Furthermore, intelligence agencies are actively investigating the nature and origin of these cross-border threats to address the conspiracy and prevent future risks. The administration remains committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of Vikram Sau amid this challenging situation.
