Riyan Parag Fined for Vaping During IPL 2026 Match

Riyan Parag, captain of the Rajasthan Royals, has been fined for breaching the code of conduct during an IPL 2026 match after he was seen vaping inside the dressing room.

The incident took place during a game against Punjab Kings, when television cameras captured Parag using an e-cigarette. The footage quickly circulated on social media, sparking criticism and prompting action from cricket authorities.

Following a review, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) imposed a fine of 25% of his match fee and awarded one demerit point.
