Kolkata: A special wellness event titled “Yog Utsav” will be held on June 21, 2026, at Sree Thyagaraja Hall, Raja Basanta Roy Road, Lake Terrace, Kolkata. The programme will be conducted by Dr. Shivaji Bhattacharjee, Wellness Coach (Yoga) and MPT, under the initiative of Center Point Advanced Physiotherapy, Pain Management Clinic & Yoga Meditation.
The event will focus on a holistic approach to health under the theme “Inner Balance, Outer Power.” Chief guests include Sri Joy Biswas, IPS (IG, West Bengal), and philanthropist Smt. Alka Jalan. Key highlights of the programme include blood tests, BMI and body composition scans, foot analysis, group yoga sessions, meditation, face yoga, sound healing therapy, and spiritual kirtan. Organisers said the initiative aims to promote preventive healthcare and mental well-being through integrated wellness practices.
